We recognise that our work may have a direct or indirect effect on the local and/or regional environment. We are therefore committed to reducing any harm that this may cause to the environment and as a String Lights Outdoor company will promote the understanding of sustainability within all we do as a green company. Our green policy is to constantly look for ways in which we can improve our green credentials; we are achieving this by exploring ways to achieve our statement promises and to link with other like-minded organisations.

We are starting to make our simple changes to create a greener space for us to work in, and for you to live in, these subtle yet powerful changes and putting us on the road to becoming a sustainable company and creating an impact on our environment.
PROTECTING NATURE WITH THE NATIONAL TRUST! (T’s & C’s apply)
At String Lights Outdoor we take a lot of inspiration for our work from the beautiful nature surrounding us, and we want to give back! That’s why for every order that is placed with String Lights Outdoor we’re going to contribute by helping to grow a green environment with the national trust – we want to help the national trust on their mission to plant and establish 20 million trees by 2030, and the String Lights Outdoor donations can directly help create a green environment that benefits nature for everyone, forever. You will help us on this mission of keeping our planet beautiful and safe, all while improving your own personal outdoor space with one of our shading systems.
So we guess you’re wondering how this works? After you place your order with us, there will be a donation to the national trust and they will plant a tree for you. What’s even better, once the donation is accepted you will receive a certificate from the National Trust confirming your planted tree!
The donation to the National Trust can range from a $5 tree sampling up to 10,000 sf of woodland for your name, and you will be informed by our team about what you will be helping to plant and grow during your quotation.

Any system above $2,500: 5 tree saplings
Any system above $5,000 10 tree saplings
Any system above $25,000: 5,000sf of woodland
Any system above $50,000: 10,000sf of woodland
